We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you: we are now The Apostal Group at Keller Williams! After a long and successful relationship with Coldwell Banker, we here at The Apostal Group have made a bold decision to partner with MKT Properties and the Weinberg Choi Realty to open the first Keller Williams market center in Lincoln Park. We are thrilled about the opportunities this change presents to us and to our clients, and we can’t wait to introduce you to the culture of Keller Williams, which we feel reflects our group’s culture extremely well. “We are looking forward to building something entirely new that we are able to create entirely from scratch,” says our co-founder and principal broker Niko.
“We founded The Apostal Group with a goal of providing a higher level of customer service, a goal that is shared by Joe and Mary (of MKT), Josh and Tommy (of Weinberg Choi),” explains Niko. “Together, we believe we will truly make a difference in Chicago’s real estate landscape.”
As you know, our roots in the Chicago real estate community go back more than 40 years. Our co-founder Edie Apostal started out as an independent agent in the 1970s, and then moved her business to Coldwell Banker in 1993, where Niko joined her in 2001. They partnered to form The Apostal Group in 2006 as part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Both Edie and Niko have consistently been among the top-producing agents in the city, and have earned accolades from their industry peers. With the full Apostal Group team, we are able to meet all of our clients’ needs and provide the high-touch scope of service that is the hallmark of our approach. We are confident that our new relationship with Keller Williams will only enhance our relationships with our clients and colleagues.
Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams Realty, Inc. is the largest real estate franchise by associate count in the world with more than 800 offices and 146,000 associates across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. Since 1983, Keller Williams has grown exponentially and continues to cultivate an agent-centric, education-based, technology-driven culture that rewards agents as stakeholders.
“This is a strategic decision to open our own office under the Keller Williams brand and I’m so excited for what we’re going to be able to do to elevate the real estate industry,” says Niko. “We want to continue to innovate and find ways to offer a higher standard of care, as well as more and better resources to our clients and to the market in general.”
